We want you to love your Vebagse purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance items, accessories) are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and face masks cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate your return by emailing into@vebagse.com within 30 days.

  2. You will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.

  3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and send them back using the provided label.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order via our website. For assistance, contact into@vebagse.com.

Returns Without a Label:
If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, please email into@vebagse.com first to confirm eligibility. We are not responsible for lost return Vebagse.
