We want you to love your Vebagse purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Final sale items (e.g., clearance items, accessories) are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and face masks cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Initiate your return by emailing into@vebagse.com within 30 days.

You will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and send them back using the provided label.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order via our website. For assistance, contact into@vebagse.com.
Returns Without a Label:
If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, please email into@vebagse.com first to confirm eligibility. We are not responsible for lost return Vebagse.
